Never miss any update with the new softgarden Notification Center

From now on, you will never miss important updates, news or actions in your recruiting process with the softgarden Notification Center!

You will receive all the updates about your jobs and applications and you can take actions directly and easily from the Notifications list.

Displaying notifications:

You will be notified with the bell icon on the menu bar when there is an update needs to catch your attention:

There are two options to view the notifications:

• With grouping: When you toggle on group notifications, the list will be grouped by job title and applications in order for you to digest it easily.
• Without grouping: When you toggle off the group notifications, the list will be grouped only by time. 

Notification Settings:

You will be able to decide which notification you would like to receive. (Coming soon)

Actions:

When you click on notifications, you will be directed to the related application profile or jobs page. The notification will be then be removed from the list.

• Clear all: Deletes all the notifications
  

• When you hover the individual notifications, you are able to delete them one by one.
  

• You can also delete the group notifications all together by job or by applicant when you hover.

Notification types and quick actions:

You will be receiving the following notifications about your applications and jobs. And we will add more types in the following weeks:

• New application: You will immediately receive a notification as soon as there is a new application in your process. Never miss out on potential talent again!
• New comment: Stay informed about every interaction. You will be notified when new comments are added to candidates and to jobs.
  • You can agree with a comment and/or reply the comment quickly from the pop-up page without going to application or job detail page.
    

• Information about votes: You will receive notifications about thumb votes which are submitted by the job team.
  

• Scorecard info: Keep up to date on star ratings. Notifications about scorecard updates help you stay on top of things.
