Set up your own question library

With your individual library of questions, softgarden will help you to save a great amount of time while posting a job. Also, we will provide you a reporting for library questions so that you can gain valuable insights on your candidates.

 

Add and list your questions

  • To use this functionality go to Settings > Customization > Question Library and start adding your questions.

  • While adding questions, you will select type of answers, pre-qualification score and enter the answers.
  • You can add your questions in multiple languages if you use multiple languages in your company. Do not forget that for answers catalog, the number of answers should be the same for each of the language in one question.

  • You can edit and delete your questions from the library but keep in mind that it will directly affect the reporting. We recommend you to create a new one if you would like to change the meaning of the question.

 

Use your questions on job posting

  • Select your question from the list with the “Use from Question Library” option and add it on your job posting.

View questions and analyse applicant’s answers

  • You can find the report of library questions in Reports > Snapshots. Reporting is only available for library questions.
  • View all the questions saved in library and make your analysis based on applicant’s answers.
