Prequalification of Applicants

With the job specific mandatory questions softgarden supports you in the pre-qualification of applicants.

Define mandatory questions for prequalification

To use a job question for pre-selection, activate the prequalification. This function is available for the question types "Yes/No" and "Answer catalog".

Then you can assign scores to the individual answers, "preferred" or "unqualified".

After saving you will see selected scores of answers per question.

 

View applicant responses

You can now view the scored answers for each applicant and easily compare them.

Applicants who do not pass their mandatory pre-qualification requirements are listed separately in the overview.
