Create Custom Email Templates with TalentMail AI

Effortlessly create email templates for different stages of the recruitment process with our new AI-powered tool, TalentMail AI.

Follow these steps to generate your email content:

1. Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Customization' > 'Email Templates', and select 'Create New Email Template'.
2. Enter a 'Template Name' and 'Subject' relevant to the context of the email you wish to create.
3. Click on 'Generate with AI'. This action will open the TalentMail AI modal.
4. In the text field of the modal, input your prompt to generate the desired email content. For instance, to create a formal rejection email template, type: Write a formal rejection email template for the candidate.
5. After clicking 'Generate', the AI will automatically populate the content field with your email.
6. Use the TinyMCE editor for any final tweaks in the email content.

Important Notes:

• Currently, TalentMail AI supports only English and German languages.
• Please note that TalentMail AI is currently in the Beta phase. We strongly advise reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the generated content before finalizing it.
