After the successful start of the first measurement point for the salary analysis by softgarden (Salary Insights) in October, the next phase is now live: The agreed salary for a candidate can now be recorded in the system.
The specified data does not appear in the candidate profile, and is only used for statistical analysis (Salary Insights). This will enable us to compare expected and actual salaries even better in the future in order to provide you with the most detailed analysis possible.
Procedure in detail
As soon as a candidate is moved to the Onboarding or Hired workflow step, you can specify the salary data for an applicant.
Have the requirements or details of the job changed during the application process? You can of course check and refine the data for this candidate again.
In addition to the fixed salary, additional compensation in the form of a bonus is also recorded. In addition, the agreed weekly working hours and the working time model are taken into account.
Of course, this information is optional and can be deactivated for each candidate by clicking the button.
In the future softgarden will be able to offer companies and applicants more and more insight into salary data based on this information. Among other things we would like to shed light on a possible discrepancy between expected and offered salaries.

If you do not wish to benefit from the salary data analysis, you as administrator can object to the participation at any time in the settings.
